1. General Information

2. Products & Ordering

We sell Grade A1 Jamaican ackee in fixed crate sizes (4, 6, 8 or 10 tins). One-off purchases only.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices in GBP including VAT. Shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and quantity. Payments via Stripe.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All products dispatched from Jamaica. UK estimated 3-10 working days, EU 10-21 working days. Tracked shipping included. From 1 July 2026, EU orders may be subject to import VAT and customs duty payable to the courier on delivery.

4a. Refused Customs Charges

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges or import VAT and is returned to us, we are not obliged to issue a refund. The customer remains liable for the original shipping cost, and may be charged an additional fee to cover return shipping. This does not affect your rights regarding items that are lost, damaged, or undelivered due to our error.

5. Returns & Refunds

As perishable food items, the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply once dispatched. Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos for a replacement, credit or refund.

Returns Policy

Perishable Food

As perishable food items, the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report damaged, spoiled or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement, credit or refund.

Refused Customs Charges

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges or import VAT and returned to us, we are not obliged to issue a refund. You remain liable for original shipping and may be charged for return shipping.
