Membership: £15/year gives you 10% off every tin, on every order, for 12 months from signup.
Renewal: your membership renews automatically each year at £15 unless you cancel before the renewal date. We'll email you a reminder before you're charged.
Cancellation: cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn't refund time already used on your current membership term, except during the cooling-off period below.
14-day cooling-off period: if you cancel within 14 days of joining, we'll refund your £15 in full. If you've already placed an order using your 10% discount during that period, the value of the discount you received will be deducted from your refund.
Price changes: if we ever change the membership price, we'll notify existing members by email at least 30 days before it applies to their next renewal.
Discount scope: the 10% applies to tin prices only — it doesn't apply to delivery charges or other fees.
Orders and food: all orders remain subject to our standard delivery, returns and food-safety policy — membership only affects pricing, not how orders are fulfilled or returned.
